This animation was created for AWS to visually communicate the benefits of its Application Protection services. It highlights how AWS safeguards web applications and APIs against threats such as DDoS attacks, targeted bots, and common web exploits. The animation simplifies the complex security concepts, making them more accessible to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. This showcases the AWS’s integrated security solution of AWS WAF, AWS Shield, and AWS Firewall Manager. The aim of animation was to reinforce AWS’s commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance applications. The animation was hosted on the AWS YouTube channel and It serves to engage marketing to support awareness for campaigns, sales enablement, and educational content.
I created the storyboard for the animation, along with the script. All illustrations for the animation were created by myself and these were either new illustrations or illustrations based off previous AWS animations.
The Video animation was created by my colleague Bess Poon, who did an amazing job of putting it all together.
